The Office of Community Enrichment (OCE) at Truman works with all student organizations, including cultural-based student organizations and historically Black fraternities and sororities that are registered with Truman’s Union and Involvement Services. The members of these organizations work to promote culturally relevant education and academic support.

Historically Black Greek Letter Organizations
In conjunction with the Union & Involvement Office, the Office of Community Enrichment (OCE) supports Historically Black and Multicultural Greek Letter Organizations. Through service, leadership, and excellence these organizations provide students with an outlet for creative expression, camaraderie, and purpose.
The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) is composed of nine historically Black Greek letter organizations. Three are currently represented on Truman’s campus:

- Organization Description: Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. is a historically African-American social fraternity founded on November 17, 1911, at Howard University in Washington, D.C., dedicated to the principles of manhood, scholarship, perseverance, and uplift. It is recognized as the first international fraternal organization founded on the campus of a historically black college/university.
